Terrible hostel. Booked a separate room for 1 night with the option of extending for another second or third night. One separate room can be "family", it can accommodate three people. Price difference - if you book for 1 person. - 1,700 rubles, for two - 2,200 rubles. The pricing policy is not entirely clear to me, tk. all the same I rent a number. Let's omit this for now ... So, there were two of us, respectively, I paid 2,200 rubles. What I got in the end: 1. A cold corner room, from all the cracks of which it blows (it was -13 outside). To emphasize the anti-coziness of the "family" room, the owners decided to add "cold white lamps". Although, maybe this is a new Russian innovation? We are in Innopolis. 2. Lack of internet. Yes, we completely forgot that we arrived in the IT-zone of Tatarstan ... I had to call the hostel owner (or the person in charge, whose number was indicated) according to the old man, they said that there was no wi-fi in the room, to which the “hostess” replied "Oh, I'll pay right now")) Moreover, this hostel is located next to the city hall. Could have given a revolving line of credit to their only hostel in the city, but perhaps this is again testing Russian innovations. 3. Everywhere in the hostel there are stickers “on observance of the mask regime”. However, the administrator ... think for yourself ... I don’t want to let bad words on the girl without confirming it, but this time we felt stupid)) we, as visitors, ran behind a mask in the cold especially in the cold to follow their established rules, but it turns out ... everyone understands everything ... 4. Lack of toilet paper)) Of course, I understood that I was renting a room in a hostel, not a hotel or an apartment, but I paid not even 1,700 (as for one person), but 2,200 (for two), but what has changed? Did you add 1 towel that you could buy for this money? )) 5. "Nano" - audibility of the number and super-technology of building construction, as well as an ideal thought over the placement of equipment. The TV in the kitchen was placed on the partition of the room, which makes the audibility of the TV even better than in the kitchen itself. So if you rented a family room with your family, then you will be listening to the "news of the first channel", which is watched by local hard workers who rent a bed in a dormitory room. I am always for adequacy. If you take $ for the price of an economy double in Amaks 4 * in Kazan, but at the same time provide a room in a hostel - match. At least put on some toilet paper, since the money was accepted for two, not one. If you are fighting Covid-19 and pasting stickers - read the rules to the administrator and prepare disposable slippers, not worn-out rubber by truckers. Naturally, we did not renew the number. Although, the hostel could earn at least 2,200 * 3 = 6,600. But, perhaps, the administrators of the hostel have a salary system and they don't care how many people book their rooms. In general, construction technologies, coziness, comfort and value for money are not about this hostel. I very much wish the representatives of the City Hall and the hostel owners to spend one night in a beautiful family room in winter.

I came to Innopolis, stayed in the hostel for a couple of days, I liked it very much, it was cozy and calm, very polite and helpful staff .. Clean, reasonable prices, I liked everything very much) the price is very good compared to other places .. Everything is nearby, shops and cafes) I advise everyone) If I am in Innopolis, I will definitely come again)

1. The shower cubicle deserves special attention. The door of the shower stall does not close completely, you have to wash carefully so as not to flood the floor and flood the toilet. One of the walls of the shower stall has been repaired with polycarbonate. Technology? Water drains very badly, had the imprudence to come with freshly dyed hair. After the shower, I stood for 15 minutes, waited for the water to drain in order to wash away the marks and not frighten the men living in the common room. 2. There is, of course, a heater in a separate corner room, but it just “blows”, drives the air, but does not heat. 3. There is a washing machine, but someone's things were in it for a whole day. I doubt that these were the things of the guests. 4. Reviews that have 5 * in this card - written several years ago. Perhaps the hostel was better, or the reviews were bought.
