Good day! Today, November 13, 2017, I turned to this pharmacy at 25 Khimikov Ave., for syringes, which I repeatedly take there. The pharmacist offered me expensive syringes instead of the usual cheap ones, I refused, and they told me that the check had already been broken and she was not going to return me, referring to the fact that she had announced the price to me in advance (I did not immediately understand that she was selling me expensive there are syringes in the box, so I didn’t focus on the price) visually later I realized that they give me expensive syringes (2 times more expensive than usual) and after that I refused to buy these syringes and asked me to give me the usual cheap syringes. the seller cursed for 5 min with me, screaming at me and sweat in the end, she threw me my money and said, “don’t come here anymore”, to which I asked the complaints book naturally to notify the management of this pharmacy about this incident, but unfortunately the complaints book hangs so high that you need a stepladder to get it , the pharmacists naturally did not offer me their help. I had to breathe in sorrow and leave from there. I am very saddened by this attitude towards my customers, it’s especially not very pleasant to hear that I have no right to buy medicine in this pharmacy anymore, apparently I’ve talked with the “mistress” of this pharmacy, since she decides who to visit, who does not visit them. note that not all pharmacists of this pharmacy are there, there is a very nice girl who is responsive and attentive to her customers ... This pharmacist whose name I did not recognize regret, was wearing glasses - this is the only thing I remembered because she screamed at me, her eyes widening through them. Of course, I can find out her name by going there again tomorrow, but I’m afraid, because she’s not at all competent in her work and I’m afraid of my question about her name, she will attack me. I would like the pharmacy staff to be more tolerant of people, because their job is just in communicating with people!
