A very beautiful boulevard connecting the central streets of the city. There is where to take pictures, take a walk and just relax. There are a lot of playgrounds for children, there are many cafes and a typhoon nearby. The only negative is the loud national dull music from the boulevard speakers, any instrumental compositions would be much more pleasant.
