This is some kind of tryndets ... We ordered a double bed (which, by the way, was available, on December 21st, they should have been brought in just a couple of days. And they ordered a wall that was not available, it was agreed that the bed we need BEFORE NEW YEAR so that we can even begin to live in a new apartment, sleep at least, sit where .. We didn’t need a wall to NG, and it wasn’t available. Result - they call in a couple of days, they say " We bring you a wall, "I was taken aback asking" What wall ?? Should they have brought it after the holidays! ", They ask “Well, you don’t need it, do not take it?” Agreed, as luck would have it, relatives didn’t help anyone, husband after night brought, she was hard, knowing that my husband and I couldn’t handle it, I ask movers that we still need the climb, they pretended not to hear, I ask again, to which I get the answer “Well, ask someone to help you.” They slam the door of the truck and leave. Of course, everyone rushed to me in an unfamiliar house to help with lifting weights. With mats and grief in half, they dragged this damn wall to the 7th floor, since I'm from strong women .. Further, the most interesting ... On the 29th, a girl from Greece calls me and warns me that a bed will be delivered to me on the 30th, I warned that I don’t live at this delivery address at the moment, and let the driver call me first so that I get there and meet him. I deliberately didn’t release the phone from my hands all day, I called SAMA to “Greece” 20 times, nobody picked up the phone, I didn’t wait for a call from the driver, they didn’t bring me a bed. TODAY the driver calls me, informs me that he is so well done and brings me a bed, 31, his mother, on December, he decided to bring me a bed! Until the new year, after all, as promised. To which I say that at this moment I’m as if not up to bed, and so that they’ll bring them now after the holidays, which he LAUGHS for, and says WELL DO NOT WANT HOW YOU WANT, but also adds that he called yesterday, but I didn’t answer took. I was most amused that in this situation I was to blame. I called the salon, asked when they were working, and so that by the first working day they would give me a printout of calls, where it would be clear that they were calling me, but I didn’t take it. For my part (where I called them 20 times) there will definitely be such a listing. As a result, they spoiled my mood, I don’t need any bed anymore, even if I apologized, I understand everything, the holidays were forgotten, and there’s already where to sleep for us, just why do you make a fool out of such a person? It seems not the old grandmother, I remember everything perfectly. Now I’m just thinking if they are like IP, will there be any sense from the complaint. Judging by how I have already complained to my friends, I unanimously confirm that the furniture makers are all like that and there is no demand from them. Well, here it’s not even a furniture company of wine, but loaders with whom they contacted.

We ordered the living room, unfortunately it was not available. They waited three weeks, but they met the deadline for delivery. Quality and price pleased.

Awful !!! I ordered a closet and a kitchen, it's something with something !!! 30 days after the order, they brought me the wrong cupboard that I need, it's funny to talk about the kitchen set !!! It was brought in shortage, out of 5 positions there were only 2 of them - this is a countertop and a sink, the rest has a facade, but there is no drawer itself, then on the contrary I am silent about the fittings! I handed over the reorder, according to the contract it is indicated that I should wait another 30 working days, after another 2 weeks they brought my closet, and I am still waiting for the kitchen !!! I ordered 03/05/2017 today 05/05/2017. I called there and told me that I still have to wait until May 16, because they didn’t bring it from penza, I said that I was refusing the kitchen, I wrote a complaint and an application for a refund (all in one day), after which the next day manager I called Nikolaevna and says that the kitchen is arrived and in the evening they will bring it to me. Before lunch, I drove into the salon for a harsh clarification on exactly what they would bring or, as usual, to wait for delivery. 3 days because I urgently need to leave the city for work. Saazali for sure! I wait ... the time is 7 evenings, silence ... I call the salon, but they tell me that there will be no delivery! The driver does not have time! Here is such a negligent attitude towards customers! I DO NOT ADVISE!!!!!!!!

Just awful!! I ordered the kitchen they brought 5 times !!! not the one I ordered !!! After that, they brought the wrong pens !!! In general, people bypass this company, it’s clear that the price is cheap but the quality is just g *** o. I will never advise their company
