Terrible service. The consumer has the legal right to leave their feedback in the book of complaints and suggestions. But apparently the staff thinks that if a consumer wants to leave a negative review, then the consumer must listen to all the negative and offensive opinions from the pharmacy staff in their side. When asked to leave the consumer alone, the staff replied: "Write what you want, we won't get anything for it." "Yes, we don't care if you have pressure, don't care." "Yes, I'll call you an ambulance right now." "Yes, you want to complain." Listen if the relationship is: consumer / seller. Where is Rospotrebnadzor and the leadership of this organization looking? 0 - respect 0 - stress resistance
