But, having arrived at the reception, it turned out that our doctor quit and our record was canceled! And we were not even aware !!!! I go to the administrator, trying to figure out how is this even possible? To which she, blaming me, says that she called me on January 6 as much as two times, but I didn’t pick up the phone and it’s my own fault. Then he sends us with the child to another laura, who does not accept us, says that she meant she would receive “her” patients who had arrived by appointment, and BECAUSE of us! I’m going back to the administrator, explaining that we arrived at the record by 10:15, it’s already 10:30 and I don’t intend to spend the whole day near the doors of the ENT specialist today, as if I were a security guard, and that it was the administrator’s fault, for not bringing the information to the clients of the clinic that our doctor quit. She again tells me in 10 circles that it’s my fault and that I need to sit and wait! And only after I explained for 10 minutes in a raised tone that I would not wait for anything, as I arrived on time and began to demand leadership to solve the situation, the senior administrator came to me and in the same way began to accuse me of not taking the receiver !!!! I'm just in shock !!!!! This is absolutely not competent staff! I do not recommend the clinic to anyone! Just the level of a clinic ...

We with the children go constantly to Naila Kasimovna Garifullina. She treats them very well. My son goes to the dentist with great joy, he is not afraid. Although this can rarely be found. The doctor can communicate with them, find an approach to them. And this time with my daughter we were on a consultation. The doctor explained everything to us, explained in detail what to do.
