Very unpolite soviet-style service from some doctors (not all of them) and other staff.

We came to the clinic with a boil, we live in Kazan for more than three years, but ourselves from the village. The registry sent to a traumatologist, and he wrote a referral to the village! A person must get miles to get help when they have surgeons themselves! What is this nonsense? What kind of system is this? Without money or directions from other areas, you won’t get here, don’t even try.

Great modern hospital. Excellent doctors, surprised by good food, attentive medical staff. There is a pleasant area for walking - a park and a pond with ducks.

Good clinic. The staff is helpful, the food is delicious. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Shower, toilet in the room, even a refrigerator in the room. Doctors are competent, no one is rude.
