I'm just in shock! What rude behavior ?! I just asked if it is possible to go through the insurance and then it started .. "how dare you? DO YOU THAN THOUSAND want to transfer it through insurance? You could not think about it before, now you are delaying everything here (although I arrived 10-15 minutes before the appointment! And the payment, by the way, comes within 5 minutes! I wouldn’t have detained anyone.) As a result, they called to the doctor only after 10 minutes from the start of my appointment! Who else is detaining ?! REQUEST!
