made an appointment at this clinic for an appointment with a pulmonologist. the doctor was a woman, just disgusting. my story was not easy and not short, so the doctor didn't really listen, inserted her phrases, although she was obliged to listen to everything about the disease and how it started, but she apparently didn't care. when I entered the office, she asked me about the disc that is given out during the tomography, I said that I didn’t take it, I only took a conclusion (no one warned me during the recording that I needed a disc), she began to talk to me in raised tones. then I showed her all the results that were in my hands, she looked at them with a displeased look and said that I didn’t have to go to her appointment, it’s not her part, I said that 2 different doctors were sent to me specialties, and she said, like a furious one, go make a return then. what right does she have the right to talk with patients in such a boorish way, if the patient pays a lot of money for the appointment (1500 rubles), and behave like that at the reception. there is no place for such doctors to work in a medical facility. it's just awful. I was shocked. no more foot in this clinic and do not advise anyone.

Today I came to take tests, by phone I found out in advance what to take with me in order to pass these tests. The operator did NOT tell me that I need to take my passport with me, and although all my data is in the database of the clinic and was with me. right, no one paid attention to this and refused admission. So I'm hungry because they donate blood on an empty stomach, the one hour standing in the cork was turned 180 degrees. I change my insurance operator and will never come to the rescue again. P.S. The last few paid appointments with doctors were also disgusting, I do not advise anyone, I will also discourage all my acquaintances from going there. The quality of service is at the level of a municipal clinic.

Attitude honey. the staff is terrifying. Endless queues due to the slowness of workers. The quality of service is poor for the money they ask for there.

Gallyamova Guzel Ralifovna! I wanted to express my gratitude to the clinic RESCUE, the head doctor, leading doctors and all the nurses. But I express special words of love and endless respect to the nurse Gallyamova Guzel Ralifovna, for her medical professionalism, business qualities and for her kind heart and desire to help us all. A rare soul man ..... such as Guzel few. Please note the gratitude of the Clinic and come forward with a petition to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan to award it with a departmental award for many years of excellent work! There are not enough employees, the staff is not qualified, they appoint something that is not needed, the distrust in this clinic is off scale, there are queues everywhere. I think this clinic needs to be closed, the staff should be sent for recertification, those with purchased diplomas are out the door, and there are many of them!
