I would not recommend this clinic. For the first time I left just before the appointment, and I waited 40 minutes. I signed up for ultrasound in 5 days, and the girl could not do this and for about 10 minutes I hung on the phone. They reminded me of the reception for the day, there were no comments. I came up in 5 minutes to check in. Then I sat down and waited. 15 minutes passed of my reception, and I was all in the hallway. I went to the counter to clarify what was happening and I was asked to wait further. This is a paid clinic and I’m not coming here to sit in a live queue, 10 minutes are still bearable, but not 40. For all the waiting time, I observe the following: mother and daughter have been waiting in the reception corridor already! For an hour, although they also recorded and arrived on time, one person at the reception is clearly not enough, she draws up, accepts payment, escorts to the office, speaks by phone and at she doesn’t even know what kind of tests they can do. And at the entrance the mountain shoe covers, she didn’t see a cleaning lady, and again the same girl from the reception went to clean them.

A very good clinic, professional doctors who know their job, the administration of the clinic quickly responds to requests and accepts patients. I recommend Avicenna Clinic to everyone. I thank you for your great attention and understanding!

I am completely satisfied with Dr. Elena Y. Podshivalina. I like her individual approach, recommendations. Completely looks anamnesis, never appoints anything superfluous. But not very satisfied that a re-reception for a month in the center is also paid.

I was at a reception with Elvira Rustamovna with my many problems. The doctor has replaced me with visiting several specialists at once, and she gave very qualified recommendations. I also want to mention the administrator for professionalism and benevolence.

I was very quickly registered with the registry. The endocrinologist is very attentive. I was thoroughly examined, consulted in detail, answered all my questions. I am very pleased.
