Сделали заказ заранее на самовывоз. Заказ был оформлен, но так и не перезвонили. Приезжаем забирать, девушка, не извиняясь даже, самым наглым образом говорит: вот он первый висит, мы его не вбивали и даже делать не начали. По-моему, сфера услуг, в первую очередь, про вежливость и сервис. Проведите беседу со своими сотрудниками. Такую наглую сотрудницу я бы вообще уволила нафиг. До этого тоже были мелкие косяки, но это вообще ни в какие ворота. Отвратительно.

Everything was very good, but in the end everything was ruined. We paid the bill, the girl in the terminal herself drove the amount of payment, after paying the bill we sat for another 20 minutes, but after we got dressed and left the cafe, a waitress came out on the stairs behind us and said that we had not paid the bill. Due to the negligence of the waitress, we were practically disgraced in front of other visitors. And they made us to blame. A place to apologize and say we were wrong, made us not payers. Disappointed completely.

The first time it was even delicious. Then not very much. But once a year we go to check if we have improved. Today even the kitchen has not been appreciated. We ordered berry tea and 2 rolls. The tea was brought out almost immediately, but the rolls never arrived in an hour. Now, for sure, not a foot here
