The hotel positions itself as "hotel ☆☆☆", occupies a leading position in 2GIS and is highly rated. However, I would not rush to conclusions and take a closer look at this place. I was offered a room for 2 people with two separate beds at the price of RUR 2800 / night. Now I will give a list of those MINUSES that I managed to notice even without looking closely: - a very cold room without the possibility of increasing heat from the heating system, - since the room is double, a set of towels, slippers, bathrobes, etc. for each of the guests must be attached. There was only one robe, - a beer lid was found under the bed (and I didn't even look for it there on purpose), - the TV bracket is installed incorrectly, because instead of the lowering function, it performs the lifting function, which is impractical in this case, - the shower cubicle is extremely unreliable (the shelf is kept on a kind word and is not able to fully fulfill its function, the floor creaks and the feeling that it will soon fall under me creeps in, the holder for the watering can, it seems, came from the previous shower cubicle, it also barely holds , the doors are full of limescale, streaks, mold, etc. - a mirror in the bathroom with a crack, - no extra pillows and blankets, - etc. Perhaps there are many more disadvantages, but one could not pay attention to these things if it were not for the price of 2800 rubles / night. If this is a hotel, also with three ☆☆☆, also with such a rating and pricing policy, then it is necessary to somehow correspond.

The staff are polite and friendly. There were no complaints about the cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised by the free wi-fi with good speed. We are glad that we opted for the "Deluxe".

Was in this hotel a week ago on a business trip. A good hotel, from experience I can say - at the premium level. I was pleasantly surprised by the service of the staff, attentiveness to my requests. The rooms are clean, tidy, smells nice. All the equipment in the rooms works. I will also be staying here in a month. Recommend.
