Room was big clean WiFi reasonable great location

Bad experience. Gave us the room at the last floor. Carried all the bags and the room had no air conditioning. We asked about that and the receptionist answered : Oh I knew it ! . Changed the room where the air conditioning worked but the toilet stinks terribly. Paid more than 200 € . No breakfast.

Good place for vacation

The hotel is located in the very center of Kazan. Literally 100 meters from the main tourist street, "Kazan Arbat" - Bauman street. 10 minutes one way and you are at the Kremlin walls, 10 minutes the other way and you are at Tukay Square. Nearby there are many inexpensive places where you can have breakfast / lunch / dinner, for example, the popular in the city "Good Dining" or the chain, which can be found in St. Petersburg, "Canteen # 1". In the hotel itself you can drink tea, which is available at the reception (free of charge), and a kettle and tea pairs in the room. There is bottled water in coolers on each floor. The room also has a refrigerator. The room itself is small, about 12 square meters, but equipped with a workplace. There is air conditioning, mirror and flat TV. Wi-Fi works well (used on two devices (mobile phone and laptop). I had a large double bed in my room - perfect mattress, clean linen. The pillows are high, but this is individual. There is a floor lamp and a socket on each side. cabinet for things. I was pleasantly surprised by the presence of a floor sconce. There is a clothes hanger and hangers. And also such important little things as a spoon and a shoe brush. There are no slippers in the room, but they, like many other things (bathrobes, combs, etc.) can be purchased additionally. The bathroom is small. A complete set of towels - for feet, face and body. The shower cubicle itself is a bit cramped, but uncritical. Shampoo and shower gel were provided for the number of days of stay. There is no hairdryer in the room, but it can be given to you at the reception for free. The only thing in the bathroom is not enough shelf above the sink, there is no way to put your hygiene products - toothpaste, brush, and other little things. The bathroom mirror has its own separate lighting. Total: perfect price / quality / location ratio. Recommend.
