Reasonable room rates, breakfast included. Breakfast is delicious, complete: porridge, scrambled eggs, sausage, tea / coffee. The room is clean, the bed is great. Would recommend this hotel.

We stopped to spend the night on our way from Yekaterinburg to St. Petersburg. The hotel absolutely met expectations, even exceeded) It was nice that it was fashionable to rent a room for a day, starting at any time, and not as usual check-in at 14:00, check-out at 12:00. We took a double room for 2100 rubles per day. Good and clean dignity. node, excellent water pressure. There are two towels for each person in the room - one large and one small. The room even contains gel, soap and shampoo in sachets. The room itself was clean, there was a TV, the bed was comfortable. There is a water cooler on the floor. There is a delicious dining room on the ground floor, we had breakfast and bought buns and boiled eggs for the trip. There is also a store on the territory with a minimum amount of goods, but it will be useful for someone. There is a laundry room. And good parking for trucks and cars. Perfect place. Nice modern interior. And it was nice when the administrator or manager in the dining room smiled at us) And thanks to the security guard Mikhail, whom we met in the parking lot, he was kind to us) Well, if you really find fault with the hotel, sometimes you can hear neighbors from another room, but we were probably just lucky to stay in a room where guests with dogs are next door (although it's a plus that I accept guests with pets here) and barking was heard. And if there is an opportunity with some periodicity to move the beds, bedside tables and also wipe the dust behind them, remove the garbage. But these two moments absolutely did not spoil our stay in this cozy and pleasant place. Cleanliness, sleeping space, good shower and breakfast were important to us - we got even more) Thanks!
