Awful hotel. The staff is not at all friendly. We arrived at a concert in the beautiful city of Kazan from the city of Kirov. We settled in the hotel, we were 5 people took 2 rooms for one day. It so happened that they met friends they flew from Moscow for 1 day to the concert too. They asked to leave things with us, we didn’t see any problems. After the concert, and after 12 o'clock at night, we stopped by for things and went to the toilet. The time has passed a little more than 5 minutes, maybe 15 minutes at most. We did not rustle, did not debunk. We are adult educated people, and the administrator called the police 🤦‍♀️. Unpleasant sediment. The police, of course, saw everything that there were no problems and left. This hotel does not recommend anyone !!!!! In addition to not pleasant staff, there are dusty pedestals, old bedding, beds with terrible mattresses, and the price does not correspond to the living conditions.

Great mini-hotel! Everything is there for a comfortable pastime. Clean, comfortable, warm, friendly. I recommend приемлемPrice is acceptable, the whole infrastructure is near.👍
