After about 2 weeks of work for a project, I had to get a therapeutic massage for my back which is carrying an old injury. A search on the internet gave me this spa. Conveniently located near the hotel where I am staying, I quickly made an appointment. It was fully booked but lucky me, there was one slot available in 20 minutes which I quickly accepted. The shop is quite discreet and it's advisable to call the friendly receptionist for directions, which is round the back, from the side of the very prominent Hemingway Restaurant. Entering the spa, I was greeted by the friendly warm staff, and was enveloped in a tranquil atmosphere, soft music, soothing decor, and the therapeutic aroma. After a short chat and choosing the preferred oil fragrance, I was directed to the room, never rushed at all. The Thai masseuse arrived and the next one hour was pure relaxation and relief from the knots and aches built up in my back and shoulders. I have stayed in Thailand for 3 years and can say that I am familiar with good massages. And now, I can also say, without a doubt that I had a very good therapist masseuse and enjoyed the top class massage in Wai Tai spa. The price is reasonable and the service is good. It will be advisable to make an appointment first. Try it, no regrets, at least for me.

They, apparently, filter negative reviews, so that reviews on the site can not be read - still do not reflect reality. 😏 I wanted to go to the Bauman salon for a massage with my parents - it was supposed to be a gift for the New Year. That all three of us could serve at the same time and we did not expect each other, I specifically called in advance, for 1.5 months (!) And booked us massages at 3 pm - all three. We discussed with the representative of the salon all the details, up to who in what room will be and I repeated several times that it is important for us that we had the same time. Today we arrived at the appointed time, but we were told that all three of us will not be able to serve at the same time, since there were only 2 masters of 3 in the salon. When I explained to the girl at the reception that all three massages had been booked for one time and this is very important, she did not apologize, but began to justify that the other person was booking that the two masters were only in the salon today - me, as a client, it's up to all this OSes? .. In the end, we had no choice but to simply turn around and leave. What is most interesting, I was not called by any of the salons before our arrival to say that some changes on their part occurred, no one offered me to rebook the time, for example, as a way out of the situation. We just faced the fact that we had already spent time and came to the salon. In addition to all this, when we stopped by, the girl did not greet us, because she hung on the phone, and just immediately said "take off your shoes, we're clean here." Take off your shoes and stand in your toes on the cold floor in the hall, wait until she talks? Is it like that at all? : / The whole day is spent in vain and the gift is spoiled, the mood is also spoiled. I had to apologize to my parents, and they were very upset. In Moscow, I went to the salon of this network, I liked everything very much, but there was some kind of nonsense. There are no words. :(
