Nothing has changed, how long I wait for the package, it shows for two more weeks. I called the hotline, they say that it is no longer possible to change the delivery to the home address. Please contact where you took the goods, only they can allegedly change the delivery address. And you can change it to a pick-up point yourself ... What a horror !!!

Disgusting company. Once again, I was convinced that it’s better that SDEC is not yet working. It was urgent to deliver the item from St. Petersburg to Nab. Chelny item. Other transport companies promised 3 days and only Dpd promised to deliver the item in 2 days. With all the ext. options cost crazy money. As a result, on the day of the expected delivery, I arrive at the pick-up point and find out that they not only did not deliver my package, in addition to everything, they lost it and do not know where it is located, not when it arrives. Help (hotline) Dpd is generally a bunch of liars, to put it mildly. I called there 10 times and received various information. From information to hell knows where your parcel is until everything will come fine tomorrow. If you describe a conversation with everyone, you can write a whole book. Bottom line THE END SHARAGA DO NOT SEND THROUGH THIS COMPANY, AND DO NOT SEND ANYTHING.
