Very very bad service. Do not ever go there guys. I received a western union one time I waited on the queue for nearly 2 hours and the process of getting the money 30 min. So stupid. Am myself a banker and I know all the process doesn't take so long. In my bank in 2 hours I can serve more than 50 people for western union transactions

Very bad work of this bank! Very dissatisfied with the service of his staff. Impolite and very slow staff! They speak rudely with clients and practically do not work. This morning I was at this bank, the bank employees have accumulated a queue of 15 people and were in no hurry to serve clients. And there were more than enough employees in the bank, 4 people. People lost most of the morning to get the service they needed. Electronic queuing is not observed. I had a ticket number 5, and had already passed the number 6 and number 7 of the ticket, and I still stood in line, waiting for when they would finally call me. When asked questions about a particular design of the services I need to the bank's employees as specialists, they answer very rudely and take a raised tone. It is not clear why such impoliteness on the part of the employees of this bank towards their clients.

Very poor service. To solve one simple problem, I had to come three times. Each employee sees the situation differently, 1 out of 3 was competent. Rudeness is the norm of communication both for office employees and for managers with whom I spoke on the phone.

Eternal queues, nowhere to sit, everyone is standing. One of the worst bank branches I've seen.

Awful bank. February 13, I came to the bank office to close my credit card. She had her own money on it. I asked to transfer them to another card, but they sent me to withdraw the balances through an ATM. The ATM wrote off the money, but did not give it out. I had to write a refund application. In view of the fact that the devices of this bank operate through a stump, he wrote in a statement the current account of Sberbank. They promised to return the money within a week. Two weeks later they replied that they would return the money within 35 business days, then they said that they returned the money, but they were credited to a closed card !! Which is equivalent to the fact that they didn’t return, since I couldn’t remove or transfer them. Then they said that the money would be transferred within 3 days after the deadline for closing the card - that is, March 20. March 23, 2020 - no money was received for Sberbank. I wrote and called the support service - they answered me that the money was written off to pay off the loan on March 16! Ignoring TWO of my applications for transferring a refund to a Sberbank card. To the question - on what grounds, because there wasn’t a clear answer to the account from which the monthly payment of money was written off with a margin ... I’m just amazed how such a collective farm bank has still not gone bankrupt. Although ... If all customers have so much money to cheat, then that's enough for a long time. I do not recommend this office to anyone.
