Your seller at Gagarin 13 in Zelenodolsk-Raisa Mingazova is the worst seller. Segolnya was at your store. She was rude to me. Said that if you do not like it, I can go another store. I asked for a book of complaints. To which she replied "will manage" "go to ... etc". Vobschem I have a very bad impression. I ask the leadership to remove such a seller. The ignorance and the boorishness.
