For the first time I come across such a situation in a pharmacy! There is a crisis in the yard, people have no money. I went to this pharmacy to buy myself medicines. A woman of about 60 pushed out a bunch of unnecessary, and strongly, misinformed about the price. I gave my last money when I looked at the check - I could not believe my eyes. When asked about a refund, this woman answered “we don’t do a refund”, the senior manager will come tomorrow and supposedly will not help. This is pure fraud. I urge you not to go to this pharmacy, they will shove you and punch a lot of excess, treating customers like money bags. Save money and go to any other pharmacy.

I used to like this pharmacy, now we don’t go there at all. We go to the next pharmacy, the working staff are polite. Pharmacists who work in Farmland are rude, like bargains from the market, annoying, they say what they need and they start offering everything and they don’t hear you at all. And the funny thing is, when they go there they catch buyers who will shout at each other more, Hello. the market.

Today, at 16: 20-16: 37, I go to Pharmacy Tatarstan 11. I see 5 windows, and the employees see one employee in window # 1 and one employee in window # 2, where there are 1-2 buyers in each window. I stand in line to the first window. People come in and they go to the # 3, # 4 window. Accordingly, the people who came after me, they are already being serviced. And I'm still standing in line and waiting for my turn. And where is JUSTICE being asked? Explain to me or maybe I misunderstand something? Or give instructions on how to make me serve ON TIME and fairly in accordance with the live queue and so that I don't feel like an "ass". Forgive me for the expression. Or why employees with empty windows do not call for themselves? At the same time, I have a temperature of 37-38.5, BUT WITH THIS, I AM IN CLEAR CONSCIOUSNESS AND GIVE YOURSELF REPORT WHAT I DO AND WHERE WILL BE. Time passes - 2-3 minutes. After a while I see the top of the head of the employee slightly visible in the window # 5. Accordingly, I am outraged - why am I standing to buy goods from you, and the employee sits in the fifth window and does not call people waiting in line for him. WHAT IS THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN? So the client is not needed, and let the employer himself deal with the payment of rent. + In the eyes of an employee, there is no distinction and mediocrity. Apparently in the head of the staff: "Customers didn’t come up to me, so I don’t need me, I’d rather finish the shift and go home already." This is my guess, but it is not without a solid one. Customers come to the pharmacy not from a good life - goal: To help a relative or yourself. $$$ Think about it, the employer - and a person can go to the pharmacy when he himself is ill: a hypertensive crisis or a temperature under 39-40 ??? The answer is yes. And this man was me. The situation was further aggravated by the fact that your stained-glass windows were closed and the front door was closed - even the evening rays of the sun warmed up the room well. From this it was still hard to stand in a queue, chill "lomil" acute headache. I do not want to present your pharmacy in the worst light. But I will make certain conclusions. Pharmacists are not visible, you have to bend. You have so densely forced the showcase with drugs that I have to speak with your employees' chest or genital area. Such a feeling develops: as if your customers depend on your pharmacy. Yes, for God's sake, across the road there is a pharmacy on Tukai. This is not the question: the question of human customer-oriented service. In addition to 6 years of pharmaceuticals, it is imperative to conduct training under the program "Direct Sales and Initial Marketing." Please conduct an instructive conversation with employees. (Maybe one employee will be invited to the windows in the sales area?) This is an approximate solution. Generally solve the problem. Otherwise, why would you need such an "inactive employee ballast" and complaints to the city Ministry of Health. The service is zero, as if the interns were replaced. ! BUT a respected employer, be prepared for the fact that the staff "by collusion" each other "cover" and tell you from myself >>> they say the client was only 5-10 seconds and already started to get nervous. We are not to blame - he himself is inadequate.

They slipped dietary supplements instead of cough medicine, I won’t buy anything else there and don’t advise the rest. The medicine is expensive and nafig not needed.
