There are no complaints to the designer, Maria is a good specialist in her field, but to the manager who accepted the order, there are (Dear employers, if you do not want to lose customers. Pay attention to your manager !!!!) WRONG APPROACH TO THE CLIENT, NOT UNDERSTANDING THE CLIENT !!!!!, apparently for the manager all customers are technicians and know how to write the dimensions for cutting parts in mm or cm. In my understanding, the figure is 60 and means 60 cm. I was counting on an apology - that they supposedly did not finish each other. And I would close this unpleasant situation, empty expectations. BUT I was firmly told to blame yourself, you signed and get what is! Settle the lack of understanding and solve the problem of the client, was clearly unfamiliar to the manager. I have never in my life been in such indignation and frustrated feelings after a purchase. An apology is the solution to the problem that the client has addressed. Admit your mistake. Turn them into positive feedback after solving the problem. And don't push customers away. Unfortunately, because of such managers, there is no desire to shop and order in this organization.

Made several orders of furniture. The contracts were dated 27, 29 August and 21 September. Finally, I was made furniture and installed on December 23, and then only after screaming and scandals.
