Unfortunately, there is a place in beautiful Kazan that is considered important, but it is uncomfortable and looks repulsive. This is the Central Bus Station at 15 Devyataeva Street. It's cold inside, dirty floors, all the premises need repairs, a toilet worth 20 rubles is disgusting. Buses are delayed, only cash is accepted at the checkout, there are old-style chargers and terminals ... you can list many disadvantages. I regret that the authorities bypass the issue of the need to put the Bus Station in order so that it looks decent in the eyes of our guests.

Declare themselves not what they really are. they are the most mediocre carrier. work more out of habit than development! buses are more old.

Tickets are accepted in cash only. There is no cashless payment. It is cool enough at the station, the phone charging terminal is working.

Far away from the center in bad conditions ... it will not walk at night ... a pity to have to spend twice as much money and travel by train because of the conditions that this station is, it looks insecure you have 3 or 4 types inside the station that you do not know if they are going to steal you or try to offer you something weird, you do not have security. It's not a place where tourists like me want to go ... disappointed

Do not buy tickets online. An electronic ticket is different from the bus station statement, so you will be dropped off where indicated in the statement, and not where indicated on your ticket. The dispatcher will scream at you on the phone and your arguments about what is written in your electronic ticket will be indifferent to her. Buy tickets at the bus station and specify to which place you will be taken.
