Who came up with a “wonderful” layout in this shopping center ?! We wanted to get to Rich Family’s children's store. Were with a pram. The elevator in the first building was somehow found, although it generally looks like a service one. We rise to the second floor, there is a transition to another building, where the store is located. BUT. There is no elevator already. They themselves were looking. The sellers in the communication salon were asked. There is no elevator in the second building. A children's store, for a minute, is located on the ground floor, which is not accessible with a stroller. We saw that someone had left their stroller near the escalator and went to the store, we did not risk an expensive stroller. As a result, they left this shopping center with nothing. Shops are stuffed very densely, it feels like people are chasing profits, but it seems they have not heard about elementary customer focus here. Here's how a family with a child should get to the children's store ?? It is unfortunate that there are examples of such shopping centers in Kazan.
