On November 13, I went to the clinic with a child with acute pain. We were refused admission! We said we do not accept it without recording. I said we have acute pain, the baby is crying, we are ready to wait to be accepted between appointments, as part of the medical protocol. But the administrator replied that they did not have free doctors. I asked if I could come back later. She replied: there are no doctors. It seems to me that for a family clinic in this situation, when the child is crying from pain, the attitude of the client should be somewhat different. By the way, we treated the tooth in Horstom. The total bill for the treatment of a tooth in two steps is more than 12 thousand. And then additional treatment of several more teeth. Plus planned rehabilitation and treatment. Apparently, the Imperial does not need regular customers! And they could be treated with the whole family in their own residential complex. After such an attitude, not a foot in this clinic, and I will recommend all my friends not to go to this clinic.
