Ripping off! I was at the reception on 10/14/19. - ultrasound, smear analysis, gynecologist consultation - 1390₽ (for some action). At the reception, a brunette of about 35 years old told me that the smear analysis and conclusion would be ready right away, what I was surprised at, I thought, probably they have an express laboratory and this is a paid clinic .. and yet asked again the analysis will be ready right away? She: "yes, yes, the doctor will get the result and will tell you everything right away." I underwent ultrasound, doctor Sabirzyanova A.I. conducted a gynecologist. to my question: “when will it be ready?” She replied: “tomorrow” I: “they told me at the reception that you will now tell me the result and conclusion” Doctor: "all questions for the reception." At the reception, I asked me to drop the analysis and conclusion on my email. The next day I was waiting for half a day there were no messages .. in the afternoon I called and asked to throw off the result. Another time passed, in the evening I called again: "To which they answered me, but we have patients here, I can’t right now." And who am I???? Not a client chtoli ?? I paid, I waited all day and eventually got a tiny piece of paper WITHOUT CONCLUSION of a doctor! It seems so difficult and long to scan one piece of paper !! And secondly, explain, can an ordinary person understand the analysis records in these figures and medical terms? Why send the test result without a doctor’s opinion ???! - this is designed for a person to PAY ONCE AGAIN and then they will tell him what is written there! As a result, a certain person of incomprehensible origin answered my messages and correspondence, as they did not even deign to introduce themselves and say they pay, say, but we do not have the right. The right is to take money for unproven services they have, give full advice to them they have rights, you see, no. This clinic provides services to reduce money in your wallet, to increase anxiety, but do not care about PREGNANT WOMEN!

A deceit of the highest category, in short, not a therapist. They wrote out with a temperature, sent to the infectious disease specialist, and took the payment, as it should. The therapist also insulted the patient for vegetarianism, she simply wanted to humiliate her own arrogance, but how is it for a patient with a vegetarian experience of 6 years and normal hemoglobin and ideal blood. We must somehow object, but don’t know what to hold on to. It would be better to work normally, not to be late for receptions, to correctly determine the diagnosis and treatment, and not to chat about left-wing topics.
