Awful service, they ordered an order at 15:35, they brought it to us only at 17:40, although they said that the waiting time was from 20-30 minutes, the workers were rude and rude to us. We ordered a large set where there MUST be hot rolls and finally brought them cold. We came up more than once within 2 hours and asked if our order would be ready soon, we were told all the time that "yes soon, the skin is almost ready" and so on for 2 hours. While we were waiting for our order, quite a few other export orders were gone. We ordered 2kg of rolls, brought in seemingly less than 2kg, so they were rude to us while they carried it out. Very bad service!

They gnawed rice on the rolls, asked to rectify the situation, did not refuse politely, took them to redo them, but alas it didn’t help, they threw money away without eating the terrible impression of food, I don’t advise ordering something with rice there

Today I ordered Tortilla with omelets and ham. Instead of an omelette they stuck it, you will not believe it, they put a sweet pancake in there. This is the attitude to us, gentlemen. Eat that give. I'll never order anything else here. And I warn all friends.

"High-speed service" is not exactly familiar to this institution. That the kitchen is not in a hurry, that at the checkout guy, like a sloth in a post from the famous cartoon.)) Instead of the promised 15 minutes MAXIMUM waiting for all 30+ for some reason. Tableware, of course, is a separate topic ... in general! Taste does not meet expectations.

Pretty lamp interior, nice music, friendly staff. make an order from the kitchen did not have time because he was in a hurry and ran into a cup of coffee. the general impression of the first visit was 5+.
