I would like to write only positive reviews about the "Prozreniye" center: friendly staff, ready to solve any problem of clients, doctors and nurses are professionals in their field, special thanks to the attendants - always clean and sterile! It is very convenient that a high-level ophthalmological center is available in our city and there is no need to go to the capital or Cheboksary. I wish all the staff to continue to be in Health and bring joy to people with their work !!!

Friendly staff, service quickly recommend

I do not recommend anyone contact this organization if there is at least some choice. The attitude of the doctors is terribly tactless and indifferent. I turned to a vision diagnosis in February 2017, went to the doctor Myshkina. Paid almost 3 thousand. For all 2.5 hours, the doctor’s work took about 10 minutes on the strength, but even that time she couldn’t normally devote to me, refused to answer questions when I asked something, shut up my mouth. It seems that if there is no prospect from a person to get more money for procedures and treatment, then no one will bother with him, they just formally write an extract and quickly get them off. When I began to persevere, so that the doctor answered my question, she also got naughty, said that I was thinking hard and I had to come by the hand with my mother. With such a boorish attitude, I did not even encounter a city clinic. If I pay a lot of money for diagnostics, then I want to get detailed information about the health of my eyes and the correct attitude of doctors. I don’t think it’s normal when I am also rude for my money, so I won’t go there anymore.
