An expired tonic was served, I made a refund, the money was debited 2 times (there were 2 positions in the check). The employees didn’t want to check the checks, explaining that they were not right, they assured me that the employees of Sberbank would not advise me correctly. In addition, the cancellation operation is not displayed for them, and I was treated that this could not be. I had to go to Sberbank 2 times to get my money back, a lot of time and nerves because of unskilled workers. The printout of the invoice that I brought and the first time and the message from Sberbank was enough to return the money, but they did not want to listen to me, I had to go again 😤 I don't want to go to this store anymore, although the varnishes are cool there.

I did a manicure with strengthening in this salon, on the second day all the coating came off. The quality of work is 0!
