Every year we go with the child to the Diaskin test, the staff from the watchman sitting at the door to the doctor is very courteous and polite. The doctor explains everything lucidly, the vaccine nurse gently soothes the child. As if I got to a paid clinic NOT OUR country, honestly ... It is very pleasant to see human and polite treatment of patients in such "scary" places.
