Been to this place several times. And so, after the pandemic, we went again, the whole family. The place is gorgeous. Nature, individual houses. Each has a sauna. There is a restaurant on site. But at last it got worse. Breakfast is no longer included (and the price has increased), the rooms (houses) are cleaned so-so - I even saw a bottle in the sauna under the shelf. The linen used to be ironed, but now it is wrinkled, as if it had not been changed at all ... In general, the level has become lower. Is it worth the money? I doubt it.

I booked a sauna three weeks in advance, they called me the night before and said that all the windows were supposedly broken and they would be changed exactly at the time I had booked, I was very upset because I had an anniversary and guests were invited, apparently they took pity on me and said that the windows will be installed before our arrival, but the most interesting thing is that no glass was changed there, since there is only 1 window and then everything is in a cobweb, they could wash for truthfulness! Well, in addition, only those who book others swim in the pool at home for a day, swimming in the lake is also forbidden, it is very dark in the sauna and naturally no one watches the houses, wasps live in the first bath, and thank God they did not bite anyone, but we were with young children! In general, the price is high and very low quality of service!!

Wouldn't recommend! It is very dirty, furniture is falling apart, curtains are falling, houses are not cleaned before guests arrive, there is poor control of the administration over the staff. They called the administrator with a complaint, she said: "The maid will come now, tell her everything!", They do not work as a team. The price does not match the quality! Nobody keeps order, sheer chaos!

We rented a house with 2 bedrooms. The floors are not washed, dirt is everywhere. Bed sheets are not changed. The shower is broken. It was not the first time, and each time we understand the level is falling. On the territory it is not possible to walk, very slippery, they do not sprinkle with anything. It’s better to bring the barbicheater into the house, the staff took it from us, didn’t they understand why ?! Then they returned, after calls at the reception
