I want to leave a review after buying a used Kia Rio X Line 2017 car. The deal went well: everything was quickly processed, the price was lost in accordance with minor defects in the car. After the purchase, a couple of weeks later, it turned out that there were several problems that were indicated on the inspection sheet as serviceable upon purchase, but in fact not. When I returned to the auto center, three different departments (sales department, quality department, service center) immediately joined in my problem to resolve the shortcomings, which was very impressive. Also, after personal communication with the director of the center Marat Igorevich, he took personal control of the solutions to my problems. As a result, all the shortcomings were eliminated, the necessary spare parts were purchased and installed. I was delighted with the level of service, for which I am grateful, and also highly recommend to everyone! Plus, at the end they presented a certificate for 10 thousand rubles for various works. How not to recommend after this and not come back to them ?!

We chose the first car for my son. The manager Khamitov Kirill is very attentive to clients, a professional in his field. In the morning the son came to the car dealership, Kirill organized a test drive, consultation on all the cars he liked. We are very grateful to him. There were positive impressions. Now we are drawing up a purchase and sale agreement, we are very pleased with the certificate for car maintenance. A trifle is nice.

We came to see a used car. First they said that the starter in the car broke down and they were ready to make a discount for repairs, then they looked for keys, then it was announced that at the moment they were going to buy this car, yeah, without keys, probably. We left with the feeling that we had been fooled.

Everything is positive here - a year ago they picked up a car for me exactly according to my criteria, chose the best out of several, and it looks like it's really not bad (although a used car is a bit of a lottery, like any used thing, especially no unpleasant she brought no surprises). The insurance department is also positive, in addition to insurance registration we had a little pleasant conversation. I liked this funny ritual with ringing the bell when buying a car :)
