Disgusting medical facility! We made an appointment through the clinic website, in the morning we received a notification that they were waiting for us at a certain time. When we arrived at the clinic, we turned to the reception desk, where they told us that we were not recorded, that they called us and we canceled the recording, but there were no phone calls from them. The nurse couldn’t remember which number she called, the outgoing numbers refused to show, but she suggested we listen to the recording of negotiations and sent to the 3rd floor. They didn’t let us listen to the recording, because the programmer said that the recording was not conducted at all. As it turned out, the doctor Zagrutdinov Marat Almasovich safely went home before our arrival. The nurse called the doctor, he replied that he would not return and asked that other medical facilities be phoned. Having asked for a book of reviews and suggestions, we were not immediately given it, and after they said that we did not have the right to familiarize ourselves with previous reviews.
