Absolute lack of professionalism, + new health problems. I am writing a review after 5 years. Right now I am going to the operation BECAUSE of the "cured" tooth here earlier. They cut out a huge, good-looking tumor. Nothing remained of the rest of the teeth (a mouth full of crowns). In fact, I am very sorry to leave such a review, because earlier, a wonderful doctor, Lilia Nailevna, treated my teeth here myself. She seemed to quit and had to urgently make an appointment with another doctor, there was an urgent treatment. Teeth were cured by ... ahem ... 14 thousand, in 1 hour, about 4-5 teeth (I don't remember very well). The doctor spent the entire session with the assistant discussing acquaintances, insulting them in front of me (then still a child). It's okay. They cured their teeth then and were happy. The attitude of the administration towards us has finally spoiled all the previous impression. The girl creaked: "Well, let's have a map, how long can you wait?" When you give it now, 14k in 1 hour, you know ... the girl was put in her place. As a result. Without cleaning it, they put some black paste into the channels and closed it with a seal. This paste was not even warned at the checkout. I find out about this now, when a professional cannot dig out a canal for me, which is all in this black substance !!!! The doctor now tells me that no one is working with this drug from the USSR! The teeth that were cured for me are now crumbling and falling out. And in one of them a cyst formed, which hurt like hell. It's a pity, I can't give 0 stars, because this is not dentistry at all.

It is impossible to make an appointment with the OMS by phone, they are sent to the state services. Urban dentistry is not shown there at all. Not one of the affiliates. As if they simply do not exist. And even before, even when there were places, there were simply no vacancies. and paid for one tooth to cure caries such prices .. a nightmare.

Today they cured his son’s tooth here, we thought with tantrums we’ll treat. In fact, everything went perfectly. Thanks to the doctor, she immediately found an approach to him. Thanks to the administrators too, quickly recorded.

Of course, they do their job well ... the fillings are beautiful and strong .. BUT before touching your child, notify the dentist so that before each additional service its cost is reported. So that you, too, later, like us, do not brush your teeth with an ordinary electric brush and strawberry paste for 1200 rubles. And I advise you not to sign up with Gulnara Rustamovna, since she doesn’t like to look for an approach to the child, she will insist on treatment with a mask for 2200, by the way she can use it without your permission, simply because she decided so ... or can take to the picture healthy tooth, just to make sure that everything is normal ..... and then at the checkout you have to pay 5-8 thousand for 1 tooth ..... We really liked Dr. Vasilyeva if she, too, was not already trained to pull money out of her clients pocket insolently ...

We made an appointment by phone to the children's surgeon on the OMS policy. We arrived at the registry, and they began to turn around on us. Then the surgeon came out and said that we have our own dentistry in the area and will not accept! When talking on the phone we were assured that they would receive without question. Disgusting attitude towards people!
