In general, a good opinion about the store has been spoiled, because for many years we only went there to buy equipment, now more and more we don't have such a service 😡

Recently, a misfortune happened with M video - an urgently needed juicer to process the apple harvest, the specialist advised a screw. 6 hours with her I was tormented - it is not suitable for apples, clogs up and spits it back out, brought it to be exchanged for a centrifugal one and was surprised by the reaction of the employees - we say, we will not only not change it, but we will not accept it back either. For a long time with them I had to procrastinate the topic, there is still no solution, the remains of the apples disappeared. The mood to take something from them was gone. If the money is not returned, you will have to sue.

Imposing services, promotions and other things, not just informing, but imposing, believe me, I know how these terms differ. The nicest electronics store in our city, but really, there is no need to impose, if you were asked not to tell, then I think you should not. I understand that the salary depends on sales (bonus part), but the desire to buy disappears in other cases.

We ordered a washing machine in the online store on April 7th. They promised to deliver on April 10th. There are no cars, they do not answer calls. Went 5 day delay. They did not call, they did not warn. It’s not clear what to do.

Mostly a great hardware store, but disgusting service. Installation of the air conditioner is done disgustingly and not fully completed. They didn’t put the box, they didn’t fix the track that was brought out onto the street.
