I booked a dorm room for 250 rubles, but at the time of check-in there were some problems with it, and the owner of the house put me in a suite without any additional payment. Therefore, the review and ratings will be for the suite. Since the refrigerator did not work in the room, they said that you can use the refrigerator in the same dormitory room. He didn't look very good. Dim light, old beds, all kind of old and unkempt. The refrigerator is in a terrible state, all dirty and rusty, it needs to be replaced with a new one. The room has a shared toilet. There is a table for eating. For some reason, there are two separate beds behind the curtain. There are also two more beds behind the partitioned wardrobe. And in general, there is a bunk bed and two single beds. But it is necessary to bring the common room into a beautiful view, because it is ugly and unpleasant. I was very glad that I was not accommodated in it, so the trip would not have been so positive. Pros: + The guest house is located in the courtyard of residential buildings, due to this it is very quiet. + The suite has three beds (double and 2 single). + In the room there is a kettle, a microwave oven, an old refrigerator (which even the administrator could not connect), a huge white wardrobe with mirrors, a chest of drawers, a TV, a dining table, side tables, a decanter and glasses. + The bathroom was most likely renovated because everything is new. The bathroom is huge, the whole room. Upset the broken mirror in her. + The administrator helped to lift the suitcase up the stairs. + There were good bed linen and towels, which are designed for every tenant in the room. Minuses: - It was terribly cold in the room, for some reason the batteries did not heat up and did not work. If someone paid the full price for this suite, it would be very disappointing for such a joint. But the administrator corrected the situation, brought a heater, and immediately it became warm. - There was no toilet paper and soap in the room, but I didn't ask for it (I had mine with me), because for 250r they gave me too much. - There is not enough pointer to the hostel.

Great hotel. Courteous host. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Parking inside. We were passing in 2018 in November ... I liked everything very much.! Thanks to the owner, he even met us. The entrance to the hotel was somehow difficult to indicate in the navigator, or we didn’t figure it out (((in the bathroom, a bathtub on a pedestal with steps ... he provided us for a very affordable price. Thanks to the owner again!

Stayed with comrades during a business trip. For the price and quality, an excellent option. The city center is at the same time a quiet place, near a large shopping center, transport stops. The owner is friendly, he heated the sauna.
