Clean, friendly, central, good value, perfect for a conference at the University

The hotel is located in a quiet location close to the center, there is a small parking lot at the entrance. The hotel itself is on the 3rd floor of a 3-storey building, there is no elevator. The rooms were clean, the room had a TV, refrigerator and shower with toilet, kettle. For the price, everything is at a good level. The downside is poor insulation between rooms. A very big plus is the delicious breakfast buffet included in the price.

A small, cozy hotel located on a quiet street, not far from the center. Polite staff, the room has air conditioning, shower, toilet, an electric kettle, tea bags, sugar, cups, breakfast. There is a parking pocket in front of the hotel, the hotel is on the third floor, it is not suitable for people with disabilities. There are few hotel rooms, so it is better to call in advance and inquire about the availability of rooms.

Stayed in room 9 on 4-5.10.2020. The hotel is on the 3rd floor of the building and has 11 rooms. Quite clean, nice furniture and linens. Slippers, 2 towels, shampoo, shower gel and soap for the guest. Plumbing is in good condition, clean. Low price for accommodation. Buffet breakfast. Porridge, sausages, boiled egg, sausage, bread, yoghurts. Tea and coffee are available. Very nice, but didn't like much. The parking is just a roadside near the hotel, though under the cameras. There will be about 6 cars. The staircase to the 3rd floor is beautiful, but the windows have long been abandoned, dirty. The floor covering is linoleum and carpet, but under them the boards are shaking and in places the floor falls straight underfoot. The windows can only be opened from above, so you have to climb onto the windowsill to open / close them. There is no closet in the room. There is an old rug on the floor in the bathroom. Well, the unfriendly lady at the reception. Irina. I would like her to understand who is the face of the hotel and to tidy up her head (or just wash) and her appearance. Well, by God, guys, well, she looked extremely untidy.

Wonderful place. The room is clean, bedding and toiletries, kettle with cups and tea, TV. Nice and kind staff. Breakfast with delicious porridge and nice buns. The only thing is, there is no refrigerator and a little high. But for these prices, it's just perfect!
