The best hotel in Ivanovo. As for the price, quality and comfort. I come to them all the time. Tried other hotels. In other hotels: Either the price tag is space or consumer attitude. And here it is simply chic, modest but very diligent. Small remark - they don't have time to wipe the dust in the rooms, but these are trifles The best hotel is a fact!

Everywhere there is terrible dirt and devastation, which they are trying to write off for retro entourage and cost! We rested, or rather tried, on August 16-18, 2020. - We contacted when booking a month before arrival in the booking chat with employee Maxim, duplicated the photo of the desired unoccupied number in the confirmation of the photo of the number in the confirmation of our reservation. As a result, we got a completely different number (this violates the rules of the service), not even the same one, but the worst one, the photo of which is not even on any site! - Cardboard door from the room to the shared kitchen, it is impossible to sleep even with earplugs! - Rotten shower, smelly curtains, leaky ceilings in both showers, water in the pan does not go away - Located on the basement floor, view from the room on the wheels of cars and unreal cold in summer - The floor in the room is moldy, the dampness made the wallpaper wave - There is no key, the room does not close, given the contingent of workers and shift workers ... - No closet, no shelves, not even a stud for a jacket! - There is no trash can only in the kitchen and in the toilet, neither in the corridor, nor at the entrance, nor in the room. - The socket is loose, it is unsafe to charge anything even under supervision - Only one dryer, and then the admin, and only one washer. - There is no tea in the kitchen, they said you need to have your own - The bulbs are burnt out, they are not replaced We think that the room is worse, or the room in general ...

A good combination of price and quality. Don't expect a five-star hotel and you won't be disappointed. Not a bad place to sleep. The room was clean with interesting decor. It would be nice to make door repairs in the bathroom and toilet :)
