Excellent hotel. The highest level of service. Really high quality, cozy, decent restaurant with great chefs. Special thanks to administrator Maria for her help in printing documents. Will definitely come back.

Cozy, clean.

I always stay at this hotel, because I often go to Ivanovo on a business trip. I really like the service, cleaning, attitude, the girls at the reception will always help, prompt and go to a meeting. The hotel restaurant is also wonderful, tasty and pleasant atmosphere. The breakfasts are wonderful too. I strongly advise that there is not much to compare with this hotel in the city. Price quality.

What we liked: 1) Convenient location relative to the station, 10 minutes on foot. 2) Competent and helpful staff. 3) Convenient and comfortable room - I took a double comfort with 1 bed, cleaned every day. 4) Good breakfasts. What did not like: There are no significant flaws that would affect my final opinion about this hotel. 5/5
