Rested with his family in this hotel. All is well! We decided that we would come next week, we called for the day, booked a room! Let's go buy food. In the evening I called, I think let me check, the reservation was not removed!? I call back, but they tell me that the reservation was removed because allegedly there was already a reservation on this number! Horror is simple !!! at least he called back to the hotel and asked if they could barbecue on the grounds and heard such an answer that the reservation would be canceled. You would have come with a small child and would have gone back home. Just a little kapets. No more foot in a place where the service is terrible! The mood is spoiled. Because of this kind of staff, you don’t want to visit this hotel anymore.

It is not possible to book a room, eventually arriving with children, as if on reservation, you can stay on the street ... 😞

Very bad clean at the entrance, one ice !!! No accessible environment for people with disabilities, no ramp
