Horror is simple !!! at least he called back to the hotel and asked if they could barbecue on the grounds and heard such an answer that the reservation would be canceled. You would have come with a small child and would have gone back home. Just a little kapets. No more foot in a place where the service is terrible! The mood is spoiled. Because of this kind of staff, you don’t want to visit this hotel anymore.
