Very irresponsible staff. We had a wedding in this complex, which we regretted 100 times. It seems that they just wanted to ruin our holiday. Everything we agreed on earlier was completely forgotten and made to fit their own style. They cheat at every step and ask for a surcharge, one can even say for the air) The staff is new every time. At the hotel we were greeted almost with obscenities. Horror. Think several times before organizing events there, for such a price you can make a holiday cooler in cities on a larger scale. All the minuses cannot be described, there were a million of them.

The impression is so-so. The TV does not work in the room, there are no cups for tea, only a glass. The plumbing is old, covered in limescale. It is not clear the distribution of the cost for the rooms, my friend and I have the same price per room, but at the same time she has a large TV in her room, tiny as a monitor. A friend's room itself is much larger, there is a wardrobe, 3 windows, a table, chairs, but I have a small room, 1 window, no closet, no chairs, no cups. Strange somehow

The administrator does not do his job, disgusting attitude towards guests. Terribly dirty in the rooms in the bathrooms !!!! Broken plumbing, DIRTY !!!!!! The declared prices do not correspond to either quality or service !!!! Disgusting !!!!!!!!

I liked everything very much! This is not the first time we have stopped! I recommend - excellent hotel, professional service, great breakfasts!
