Great hotel rooms clean and tidy

Small solo rooms, but fine breakfast and rooms are clean

It is comfortable and has easy access everything ones needs.

Stayed here the last two nights of a three week trip. Much hotter weather than normal so got moved to a room with A/C. The fan would blow, but it never did cool the room. The TV in the 'living room' would not stay on without keeping the power button pressed all the way in. Didn't use the hotel amenities as it was the end of our trip and we just wanted a place to sleep and get out of the heat. Room was very serviceable (even the fold out bed was plenty comfy enough) but it doesn't really feel like much more than a bed inside four walls. Gotta go up a flight of stairs to reach the elevator, then up or down more stairs to access your floor. Defeats the purpose of an elevator. Not a bad place, but it's probably not what you want for a pampered, extended stay.

Place is alright 🙄 not all rooms have AC so you have to ask for room with AC , elevator works only from first floor up and not down , might also want to ask lower floors for baggage. Rooms are fairly clean , water is fairly hot , price bit expensive for such place but if it's convenient for reasons you in Kazan than works ok
