Good hotel with very friendly personnel

High level of comfort in the rooms, as well as extremely pleasant and polite staff. in addition, the hotel is located right in the city center, which will be an undoubted plus for a person who arrives in the city with business intentions. a separate plus for the restaurant 👍🏻

The room is clean, quiet, large bed, large plasma, coffee and tea accessories. Ironing board and iron in the closet. A room with a shower, all hygiene items are available: cotton pads, ear sticks, a toothbrush, toothpaste, gels, soaps, shampoos. The hotel is very cozy. A separate topic is breakfast. To be honest, it got a little worse. Previously, there were more fresh fruits and vegetables, when something ran out, then they added, and now we have to speak, as if it’s not visible! Going down for breakfast, it is better to dress warmly, since the roofing felts are not heated, the roofing felts are always so cold there, I often visit this hotel, as I like the silence, comfort and close to the center. There is parking.

Nice hotel, very quiet place (not far from the center). The rooms have everything you need (refrigerator, bathrobes, shower products, slippers). Friendly staff. Standard breakfasts for every taste. Discomfort was caused only by the poor quality cleaning of the room (I hope that this was the exception, not the rule). I ask the management to pay attention to this. We will gladly stay at this hotel the next time we visit Kazan. Thank you so much!!!!
