We came to a corporate party, booked a separate room (a deposit of 1000 rubles per person), but for some reason they were allowed to sit for two men of Caucasian nationality during our walk, it was very unpleasant since we booked a separate room to sit separately from other visitors. The beer was old. We salted 19,000 for 15 people, there was very little food compared to if we went to another similar establishment.

We ordered a shish kebab and shawarma with delivery, everything is very tasty thanks, everything is neatly wrapped with foil so that it doesn’t cool down, the courier guy is a calm nice guy, the girl on the phone is also nice, it is clear that they are trying and working conscientiously.

I give the second star just for the taste. No complaints, delicious. But there is no delivery service here. I tell you: we ordered at 1040, they called us back and said that free delivery from 1300, delivery itself is 150, well, ok, it's easier to take something else. They brought it pretty quickly. Was a little busy, my fault, I did not immediately check what was brought. When I hide after 15 minutes, instead of 2 portions of pork and 2 chickens, I see only pork. And a couple of sauces. In general, the order is half the price. I do not touch anything, I call, I ask what the garbage is, on the check you can even see what I ordered. They apologize, like clarifies. Call back after a while and you know what they are asking ?! "will you wait for your order or will you eat what you brought?" I'm a little in a stupor, how is there enough impudence?, our order is almost twice as large and has already been paid ... Naturally, I ask for mine! They call back after 30 minutes and ask that they have already sent a person to you in a taxi, can you go down and pick up the order yourself? This is the edge of impudence for me. We say no, get up yourself! In response: "Well, I just clarified." A courier comes, picks up the wrong order, gives us ours, quietly says sorry and that's it ... I don’t ask to move mountains, order me for free or something else, but it was possible to somehow compensate as soooo wildness, make a discount on the next order, but at least give the sauce for free ... But no, they just left and that's it. Service, I think, after this here at zero. I don't know how it is inside, in the establishment, but delivery is clearly suffering. It was extremely unpleasant, it took a long time, and also these offers to go down and eat someone else's order twice as cheap as mine ... I would understand, if, on the contrary, or similar, I would have kept silent ... But this is the edge.

Apparently the cook changed there. We went there for 4 years with family and friends and always admired the awesome meat, but the last times, they were not happy (((the meat is dry, tough and lively. Now we need to look for a new kebab ((there is no more desire to go there.
