The bank employs categorically incompetent employees. Who do not value other people's time! The operator asked ten times which country the transfer was, twice what amount. And in the end it turned out that it was not possible to transfer from a ruble account to an account in foreign currency. It was also evident that the employee was not competent and did not correspond to the position held. That's horrible! The whole procedure takes 10-15 minutes! We sat for an hour! Hour, Karl !!! I do not recommend visiting this place!
