I know about it EVERYTHING)))), well, or almost everything))) I recommend it to everyone who lives or works in the western part of the city (do not go to the center or to the north, where there are always traffic jams, and here is the time savings, which is important in choosing a place). The hall has everything you need for a successful workout - new exercise equipment, locker rooms, shower, air conditioning, music, and most importantly, the coach! You need to bring a sporty uniform and a good mood, and the training will be successful!

The hall is not bad, well-groomed, bright. Equipped with almost everything you need, but alas, it is small. More than 10 people will be cramped. And if in the case of power you can do approaches in turn, then with cardio the problem. There are only 3 simulators for cardio.

Nice hall, especially in this area, the music should be changed.
