They paid money for coming to the time appointed by the clinic with the child as one year old to the children's surgeon and sitting at the door for 40 minutes. The doctors are not there. This is normal? I wonder if there are any sanctions or fines? Or is this the norm? At the reception were 2 minutes. And they sent them to the hospital’s emergency room. 600 rub for what?

With the child, they came to the appointed time. The doctor was not there for 1 hour, it was stuffy, even this mask mode, a queue gathered, after the doctor came, he began the appointment with a medical examination, waited another hour, returned the money and went to Anisia, it is much easier there.

Everything is just as awful as in a regular hospital. Queues in the registry, queues in the offices, questions vkto extreme and so on. The time was set for 10 in the morning. The doctor was 15 minutes late. During the removal, the EEG did not follow the recommendations of the neurologist and even spoke on the phone. The EEG cabinet does not meet the norm, the chair is uncomfortable, and instead of the necessary silence, children scream from the corridor. neurologist said the result can be thrown away and you need to go through again.
