Untidy office, there was no suitable packaging. Sent in my box, I had to pay extra for the volume, because the box is big. The promised 2-3 days turned into 5 days! They called at 12h, they said they could pick up only the next day, because the courier has already left ... I had to go to the terminal in Naberezhnye Chelny to send faster. When tracking, the package was already on the 9th at 10h at the office, but only 10th was returned! And for this almost 3000r was paid. The first, last time I send through this "organization"

Horrible service. Do not answer calls, do not get in touch. I do not recommend cooperating with this company. All the above written reviews left by other clients of the pony express are faithful and truthful. I completely agree with them and support them. Again, terrible. Too bad.

They said that the courier did not reach me😱, but no one called me !!! I suppose, perhaps, in the early morning my phone was turned off, and if they called then ... but it's horrible !!! Should have called again !!!, it turns out the person just handed the parcel back to the warehouse without steaming! I had express delivery from the online store !!! When I wanted to pick up the package myself, maybe they work until 9pm. They told me: no, we have five days now, and we are until 19:00 !!!! Well, the parcel was delivered for delivery on Saturday, I had to call and deliver it with a mark, I didn’t realize at first, they had said before that they had a five-day stay, and told them ok. Now Sat, no one called me, I myself didn’t get through to the mountains line, or, of course, to the office in Chelny, as they have a five-day period. I believe that until Monday I will not see my parcel, and then I myself probably will have to pick it up !!!! Next time in this store I will take the usual delivery by Russian post, it will be faster !!!!!!

I bought clothes in the ASOS store, made express delivery, from London to Naberezhnye Chelny in 5 days, think about it in 5 days !!! And from Naberezhnye Chelny to Nizhnekamsk these 30 km cannot bring already the 7th day, how do they work? !!!!
