The terminal in Oktyabrskiy repeatedly incorrectly (that is, in its favor) calculates the volume of cargo when dispatched. 10/27/2020. I sent cargo No. 2004221006848: 10 lamps (packaging of 1 lamp 0.006 cubic meters, and its weight is 1.84 kg) and one coil of VVG cable 3x2.5 = 100m - only 11 pieces and 37 kg (weight, judging by the entry in account). All this had to be closed with two pallet sides, which would amount to a volume of 0.12 cubic meters. x2 = 0.24 cubic meters. However, storekeepers or head. warehouse, lovers of high marginality (profitability) of the October warehouse, overestimated this volume to 0.88 cubic meters. as a result, the shipment, which should have cost less than 1,500 rubles, began to cost 4,361 rubles. A client in another city, knowing the real volume of the goods, suspected my deception to increase the price due to transportation and said he would pay such an invoice for my delivery the last time and would not buy from me again.
