Loved the rolls. We took a set for 999r for the first time. Of all that they tried in Ivanovo, these are the best rolls (if only they put more fish in Philadelphia). Thank you for the delicious food and good mood.

Disgusting! Sauces on your rolls taste like one, they give cheap and Galina a blank: D Yes, and delivery instead of the stated hour or two (which is more than a lot for our small city) is delayed from three or more. I ordered not recommend to anyone.

We made an order on your website today. Within 7 minutes no one called back to confirm the order. I called myself, confirmed the order, said to wait within 90 minutes. (It was at 15:30) At 17:10 I called back again, to which I was told that the courier had left 10 minutes ago and should be there any minute. After another 20 minutes, I called the manager back and asked when the order would be delivered. I was told that they would contact the courier and CALL BACK. They didn't call back. After another 20 minutes, I called back and asked if it was worth waiting for the order at all and why they did not call me back. To which I was told that since 20 minutes ago the courier said that he was next to our house, he decided not to call back. Then it turned out that the manager did not inform the courier of the mob. contact number (although it was in the order note). As a result, I received my order at 18:00 instead of 17:00. ABSOLUTELY COLD !!! Neither the manager nor the courier could explain why it took so long, nor did they apologize, did absolutely nothing. The attitude towards clients is terrible.
