This is the reason why we came to Chelny. The best restaurant ever. Amazing dinner, friendly waiters, perfect live music.

The restaurant is excellent. The area is large, clean, neat, comfortable. There is a nursery. Ordered two Tom Yams, salad with grilled cheese, tropical tea. Everything is delicious, it looks delicious, the presentation is good. The staff are helpful. There was a slight jamb in the serve - one Tom Yam served well, the second was poured and when serving Tom Yam went over the edge. Tom Yam is abundant, I consider one of the most delicious in Naberezhnye Chelny.

Music, food is delicious

We liked the restaurant. The receptionist is quick and the service is excellent. The portions are large and tasty. A hot dish is really hot, not warm, not cooled down, but hot. The prices seemed a little overpriced. We were there in the evening, the lighting could have been added. I don't like when it's dark, but this is a subjective opinion.

Delicious cuisine, but the pleasure of the food completely negates the service. The waiters absolutely do not care if there are guests in the hall or not. Nobody met us, the waiter simply does not know the menu, what he sells, what is included in it, what portions. A good half of the dishes are always missing from the menu. At first, a guy served us, then the manager began to take out the dishes. When they were about to leave, they called the waiter through the button. They pressed five times exactly, even when the waiter is standing near the bar and right in front of him on the screen the number of our table (with a sound) appears, zero attention. They came up themselves, justified it all by not noticing. The waiters do not clean the dirty dishes from the tables, they could not take the cutlery for several minutes, and later they brought it in, but dirty. The hall is full of flies, three of them were flying over our plates. Cleaning is apparently carried out infrequently, because under the table found the remains of past guests. In general, the atmosphere was not very pleasant, we would still understand everything if there were a lot of people in the hall, but all this happened despite the fact that about 4 or 5 tables were occupied. We have no complaints about food, but please reconsider your attitude to guest service. The price (which is quite high for an establishment of this level) is paid by guests not only for the food, but also for the serving, for the cleanliness and respect for themselves. Of all this, today we got only generally good dishes. If we were more conflicted, we would not have paid such a nightmare at all. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.
